Caregivers Café ~ GPK

Caregivers Cafe
ARC Activity Center 91 Churchill Blvd, Greenfield Park

Caregivers Café is a welcoming space for family caregivers and former caregivers to connect, learn and take time for themselves. Join us Wednesdays from 10:00 to 11:30 a.m. at 91 Churchill Blvd. in Greenfield Park for coffee, conversation, guest experts, helpful resources and opportunities to build meaningful connections. October 7— Caregivers Café is collaborating with Aging With Dignity! We’re launching a four-part monthly workshop series with Varsha Bhat, creator and host of the Aging With Dignity Podcast. Varsha’s experience caring for her parents became a catalyst for advocacy and public education, and she continues to draw on that lived experience to open up thoughtful conversations about aging, caregiving, and the realities families face. This new collaboration gives us a chance to take some of those conversations further and explore what they mean for caregivers in our own community. No registration required. For more information, contact Christine at [email protected] or (514) 608-9600.
