June 3 – CAAP Montérégie Advisor Guylaine Roy will discuss what caregivers and seniors need to know before signing a lease in a long-term care facility, including resident rights, services, advocacy, and how to avoid unexpected costs. Join us on Thursdays from 1:30 to 3:00 p.m. for engaging weekly activities designed to stimulate your mind, body, and creativity! June 4: Indoor Summer Games. Join us for a fun-filled afternoon of indoor summer games, laughter, and friendly competition.     Take part in one of our upcoming Potting Workshops and create your own beautiful planter filled with an herb, a flowering plant, and a decorative “spiller”.  Join us on either May 28 or June 4 from 1:30 to 3:30 p.m. in Greenfield Park (address to be provided closer to the date). Plants and materials will be provided, however, participants must bring a pot (approximately 10–12 inches wide and 12–14 inches high, with a drainage hole). For our final session of the season, we’ll explore every day mindful practices, grounding exercises, and share stories about our own experiences with mindfulness.
