Join us for a special session inspired by everyday conversations about aging, caregiving, and planning ahead. Varsha, the driving force behind the Aging with Dignity podcast, has established a platform for sincere introspection on caring for elderly relatives and skillfully navigating care with respect, kindness, and candour. Join us on May 13 from 1:30 to 3:00 p.m. for Mindful Together, an activity to allow yourself a moment to pause and reconnect with yourself. Held at 91 Churchill Blvd., Greenfield Park and led by Brandon Stewart, these sessions explore the "art of being present". This month we’ll explore calming techniques and learn to identify what makes you feel good about yourself. You’ll leave the session with a worksheet that you can use to practice at home.
