September 16 | Taking Medications Safely: What You Need to Know: We’ll kick off the season with a SHARP information session offered through CHSSN, featuring Louise Papillon Ferland of the Deprescribing Network. SHARP provides tools and resources to support English-speaking older adults to age and live where they choose, and we’re looking forward to learning together and continuing the conversation around the Café table.
