It’s a welcoming space to explore health topics, connect with others, and build meaningful relationships. April 8: Mindfulness for Caregivers - Facilitated by Brandon Stewart, ARC Community Development Coordinator, this workshop introduces mindfulness techniques to help caregivers stay present, calm, and centred. Safe and accessible, this class supports independence and resilience in daily life.
