October 14 — Tel-Aide Montréal: The Value of a Listening Ear. Haley Scott from Tel-Aide Montréal joins us to talk about isolation, listening, and the difference it can make to have someone on the other end of the line. Their free, confidential listening service is available across Quebec, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, with support in English and French. Sometimes what you need is someone who will simply listen. We want our community to know that kind of support is available, day or night.
