    Our September Family Wellness Saturday is taking us to beautiful St-Bernard Regional Park for a Family Hiking Adventure, and we’d love to have your family along this coming September 26 from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. at 219 Rang Saint-André, Saint-Bernard-de-Lacolle. No hiking experience necessary. Bring comfortable shoes, pack a picnic lunch, and come ready for a fun morning outdoors. We’ll spend the morning on the trails, then stay for a picnic after the hike.
