Our Senior Wellness Greenfield Park activity is located at St. Mary’s, 735 Miller St., Greenfield Park. This large and comfortable space allows us to welcome more participants safely. Join us on Thursdays from 1:30 to 3:00 p.m. for engaging weekly activities designed to stimulate your mind, body, and creativity! May 7: We will welcome Akim Bamboo, a master of the chromatic shakuhachi, a luthier, and a career musician. Akim has been designing flutes, foraging building materials, and leading community workshops, including meditation concerts and group flute-building sessions.
