Participants are invited to be seen, heard, and supported as they navigate life after the death of a partner, child, parent, friend, or loved one. Meeting weekly over six weeks, this program provides ongoing learning and support rather than a one-time conversation. Grief unfolds over time and finds greater healing when supported by the community. The program runs from March 19 to April 23, 2026. Held at 91 Churchill Blvd., Greenfield Park on Thursdays from 1:30 to 3:00 p.m. For questions or to register, contact Christine at [email protected] or (514) 608-9600.
