ARC is hosting a free outdoor mentorship and athletics event for youth ages 6–17 and their families on June 13 from 2–4:30 p.m. at Empire Park in Greenfield Park. Local coaches and community organizations will lead multi-station activities focused on teamwork, confidence and life skills, with community resource kiosks available for families. Community Health Day is open to all fitness levels with bilingual support. Limited spots available. Registered participants will be entered into prize draws including Habs tickets and athletic gear.
