Annual General Meeting (AGM) – June 17, 2026

Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Assistance and Referral Centre (ARC) will be held on Wednesday, June 17, 2026 from 1:30 to 3:00 p.m.

For the purpose of:

  • receiving and considering the 2025-2026 annual report;
  • reviewing the auditor’s report & financial statements, and 2026-2027 provisional budget;
  • electing members to the Board of Directors;
  • appointing auditors;
  • updating ARC’s Bylaws;
  • and other business as may properly come before the meeting.
