Letter from the President and Executive Director
As we reflect on the past year, we are proud to present this Annual Report on behalf of our dedicated team. It is both an honour and a privilege to lead an organization so deeply committed to improving the lives of English speakers in our region.
This year has been marked by change, collaboration and meaningful progress. At the heart of our work are the people—our incredible staff, whose tireless efforts bring our mission to life each day, and our Board of Directors, whose strategic leadership and unwavering support have helped guide our path forward. Together, we’ve achieved the perfect balance between running our day-to-day operations and maintaining strong governance, and together we have turned challenges into opportunities and ideas into action.
We are deeply grateful for the vibrant network of partners, community organizations and volunteers who have joined us in our mission. Whether through co-hosted events, educational initiatives, or access-to-service programs, these partnerships have expanded our reach and strengthened our impact.
Equally essential to our success are our generous funders, whose support has made our programs possible. Your investment in our work empowers us to continue building responsive, inclusive services that meet the evolving needs of our community. We are profoundly thankful for your confidence in our mission and your commitment to the well-being of English speakers in the region.
Over the past year, we’ve hosted a diverse range of activities designed to inform, empower and connect English speakers—from creative workshops and educational programs to physical wellness and social activities. Each of these initiatives has been driven by our shared belief that inclusion, access and understanding are vital to building a thriving, connected community.
As we look ahead, we remain committed to listening, learning and innovating—always with the goal of serving more effectively and equitably. Your support and trust in our mission fuel our momentum, and for that, we are deeply thankful.
