Join us Wednesdays from 10:00 to 11:30 a.m. at 91 Churchill Blvd. in Greenfield Park for coffee\, conversation\, guest experts\, helpful resources and opportunities to build meaningful connections. \nNovember 25 | From Heartbreak to Heart Health — Join us for a presentation exploring the relationship between emotional well-being and heart health\, with a focus on caregivers aged 55+. We’ll consider the physical toll that caregiver stress\, burnout\, grief\, and loss can take over time. With so much attention devoted to the needs of others\, caregivers may overlook their own health concerns or put off important medical appointments and preventive care. We’ll discuss the importance of prevention\, recognizing changes in our health\, and knowing when to seek medical advice. \nNo registration required.
