Come join us at  2nd Annual English-speaking Health Promotion Fair Saturday, November 7, 2015 from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm at 480 Boulevard d’Youville, on Ile Saint-Bernard, just 20 minutes from Montreal in Châteauguay.

This year, Suzy Goodleaf, M.Ed., a Mohawk psychologist from the Kahnawake Mohawk Nation, is our keynote speaker. As part of a team of clinical advisors on Canada’s Truth and Reconciliation Commission, Suzy Goodleaf will address challenges and ways of moving forward in her keynote at 2:30 pm.

With 40+  kiosks and workshops on topics ranging from vaccinations to speech therapy and nutrition; there is sure to be something for everyone.

Take the Hero in thirty© quick training program with instructor Lisa Dobson at 12:00 pm and learn life-saving basics such as CPR without using mouth to mouth, assisting someone who is choking. and how to do chest compressions and use a defibrillator.

Everything takes place in an exceptional natural heritage environment with free admission and free parking, a bistro, picnic area, hiking trails, and breathtaking views of Lake St. Louis!
