Health & Social Services Network

Montérégie

The Montérégie health and social services network consists of over 30,000 people who work in different institutions that include 18 public institutions, 12 private institutions under agreement, and 10 private institutions. The 18 public institutions consist of 11 health and social services centers (CSSS), one hospital center affiliated to the University of Sherbrooke and six specialized centers (youth, rehabilitation).

The network partners include: private medical clinics and family medicine groups; community organizations; social enterprises in home-care services; community-based pharmacies; residences for the elderly, and  integrated university health networks (RUIS).  The Montérégie region also participates in three integrated university health networks (CIUSS) associated with McGill University, the Université de Montréal, and the Université de Sherbrooke.
