Not everyone knows how to make a complaint in the health system. It can be a tricky and delicate situation, but doing it can be key to maintaining and demanding quality and equity in our health services.
CAAP (Centre d’assistance et d’accompagnement aux plaintes) aims to help people understand and resolve issues before they become complaints. So we’d all do well to get to know them better!
ARC has been in conversation with CAAP Montérégie and are working on ways to better appreciate, promote, and facilitate one another’s important services.
